The Role

This is a key position within our Timaru retail store that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the local region. This role will require you to work 45 hours across Monday to Saturday. Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Management and profitability of products and sales
  • Training and development of staff
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Accurate stock management and quality control
  • Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed
To be successful you will need:
  • A full, clean NZ Driver's License
  • A minimum of 2 years proven management experience, where you can showcase your retail sales and people management skills
  • Previous experience within the tyre or automotive industry
  • An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
  • Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader
  • Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
