Skilled Excavator Operator

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, follow instructions, read and interpret plans, and perform final trim both with and without GPS or laser equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators and equipment for various construction projects.Read and interpret site plans and engineering drawings.
Perform final trim work to ensure accuracy and quality of the job.
Set up and utilize a laser level.
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with other team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
Must be a New Zealand resident.Proven experience as an excavator operator.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong understanding of plans and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to quality.
