Caretaker - Greerton

We 're after a caretaker/handyman-woman to join our team on a part time casual basis.

You will be responsbile for the upkeep of 2 residential properties and 1 reserve area to begin which are all located in the Omokoroa/Plummers point area.

Tasks will include but are not limited to: Mowing, weed control, gardens, and general maintenance tasks as required.

Days of work are flexible and we anticipate around 10-15 hours per week to begin with, with potential opportunity to grow the role further down the line.

You must have a full drivers licence and some experience (particulary with mowers, scrubcutters and chainsaws) is preferred.
