We’ve recently expanded to 27 rooms and are now seeking a capable and proactive Full-time Assistant Motel Manager to join our team. You'll help oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional stay.
Key responsibilities include:
- directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
- supervising security arrangements, garden and property maintenance
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
- Delivering outstanding customer service to create a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere
- overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
- Handling administrative tasks
- Assisting the director in setting up the shift schedules for staff and arranging their routine
- Assisting the director in recruiting staff if needed
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- may provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Ability to independently manage daily operations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Familiarity with reservation systems, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills (additional languages a plus)
- Well-presented with a strong service mindset
