- About the roleWe are seeking an experienced leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Division Director.
In this pivotal role, you will work alongside the Pro Vice-Chancellor to help shape the future of our Division, providing leadership across student, academic, and operational matters.You will play a key role in supporting student success and wellbeing, guiding graduate and undergraduate initiatives, and contributing to degree regulation and admissions policy development.
Working closely with the Associate Dean Academic, you will help strengthen academic programmes, lead efforts to attract students, and represent the Division on University-wide committees.This is an excellent opportunity to influence strategy, enhance student experience, and contribute to the growth and reputation of the Division of STEM.Salary will be in the range of $112,801 to $124,038 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
