We’re currently recruiting for a reliable Batcher to join a well-established business in Queenstown. This is a full-time role offering stability, good earning potential, and a great team environment.
About the Role:You’ll be responsible for batching concrete to precise specifications, ensuring quality and consistency for daily production. This role plays a key part in the delivery of products for commercial and residential projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate batching systems to meet daily production targets
- Monitor and adjust mix designs to ensure quality
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams
- Maintain accurate records of materials and production
- General plant upkeep and basic maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous batching or concrete experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Good communication skills
