Your new company:

Your new role:
As GM Growth & Commercial, you will lead the strategy that drives sustainable revenue across new and existing relationships. You will combine high-level commercial direction with hands-on involvement in market engagement, opportunity qualification, proposal leadership and shaping clear value propositions.

Collaboration is central, and you'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure commercial activity aligns with organisational capability and purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and continuously refine growth and commercial strategy
  • Identify and pursue opportunities that align with capability and purpose
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based external relationships.
  • Represent the organiasation across industry, community, sector and partner environments.
  • Lead or contribute to major proposals, bids, RFPs and presentations
  • Shape value propositions and supporting collateral.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent commercial operating model.
  • Coach teams to build commercial confidence and capability.
  • Contribute to SLT decision making and company leadership.

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership experience in growth, commercial or BD roles within tech, consulting or complex service environments.
  • Strong experience leading proposals, bids and procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels.
  • Ability to translate complex capability into clear value-based messaging.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of open-source environments or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with public sector or iwi/Maori organisations is highly desireable.
