We're seeking a hands-on Mechanical Fitter with proven experience on screw conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, hammer mills, duct boxes, etc. The role is strictly improvement-focused-fixing leakages and implementing upgrades to enhance performance and reliability.

**Key Requirements:**

Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and continuous improvement mindset
Experience with conveyors, elevators, mills, ducting
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
Engineering-oriented and hands-on
NZ full driver's licence preferred

**What We Offer:**

Day-shift hours only- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Competitive hourly rate- $35-40 an hour.
A supportive team environment.

**About you:**

Will have proven experience as a mechanical fitter.
Pass a pre-employment drug test.
Have a clean Criminal History.
Be based in Te Kuti or surrounding areas.
Have reliable transport.
Positive attitude to work.
