Up to 20 Hours pw (Flexible), Fixed-Term

Eastbay REAP is looking for a guru to be part of our In-home ECE programme. The role will work in the Opotiki region to engage with whanau and deliver the home-based ECE programme (a seasonal 40-week cycle of learning with locally contextual resources), ensuring positive outcomes for enrolled children and their caregivers.

The ideal person for this role will have experience with early years’ learning, and the ability to adapt delivery of early learning activities to suit the learner and whanau needs. Good time management is a must, as well as top-notch record-keeping and IT skills.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with children and their families, as well as promoting the programme in the Opotiki region, so you will also need to be comfortable with putting yourself out there.
