About the Role:
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial governance, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver insights that support growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making through financial analysis
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience in a financial management role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax legislation
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
