Pay ranges from $23.50 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime and weekend work may be available occasionally.
JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLEScaffolder
PURPOSE
To undertake scaffolding tasks as directed, support the team, and complete each job to a high standard, meeting the requirements of 'The Good Practice Guidelines 2016' and Upright Scaffolding expectations and the company's clients.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding as instructed as per The Good Practice Guidelines 2016 and Upright Scaffolding expectations.
- Erects and dismantles scaffolding to provide work platforms on building, construction sites.
Assists team members with daily tasks including: o Loading and unloading trucks.
o Assisting team members with scaffolding supplies.o Contributing to Risk Assessments.
o Manage paperwork and risk assessments.
o Maintains a professional appearance.
o Willing to learn and progress as a person.
o Attend internal and/or external training sessions when required.
o Do any duties as instructed by the Foreman when required.
- Act at all times in a safe manner and comply with all safety regulations.
- Wear the appropriate PPE gear at all times.
- Manage personal equipment and ensure critical PPE is well maintained and stored each day in a clean dry environment (harness and Lanyard etc.).
- Manage own expiry dates on qualifications and PPE and undertake training/ checks to keep up to date.
- Have a proactive attitude towards jobs and be willing to work overtime if a job is close to completion. Comply with company values at all times which are: Solutions, Excellence, Trust and Teamwork.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAble to base out Tube and Clip Scaffolding.
Can safely work at heights above 5m.
