The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day coordinated direction, assignment and organisation of clinical bookings for Women's and Children's Health Services.The Team Leader will be a point of contact for management and associated teams to provide optimal service.You will be responsible for:PlanningImplementingStaffingProviding technical supportTraining to administration team membersYou will:lead initiatives that embrace innovation and swiftly adjust to strategies and operations in response to evolving healthcaredevelop and support initiatives to address barriers to achieve equity, reducing variation, and supporting partnership across the health sector is an important part of this role.View position description.About youExperience:At least two years administration experiencePrevious experience leading and managing a teamExperience with data management and information systemsFamiliarity with administrative procedures and tools (Office 360 etc.)Knowledge and skills:High standard of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate a high level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills
