Retail Supervisor - Vape

About the Role:**

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Retail Supervisor to support the Manager and team in the efficient day-to-day running of our store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy retail environment, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain smooth store operations.

• Assist the Manager and staff with the daily running of the store
• Monitor product performance and help manage stock levels and inventory
• Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
• Support with pricing, promotions, and general store presentation
• Ensure the till is attended when required and follow all safety procedures
• Advise customers on products and their use
• Maintain accurate stock records and financial transaction records
• Assist other team members as needed

• Minimum secondary school qualification, or up to 1 year of experience in a similar retail role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Reliable, honest, and organised
• Able to work weekends, as weekend work is required
