As the Stores Person for Industrial Controls South Canterbury, you will take ownership of the day-to-day inventory control and asset management across the lifespan of project delivery plant, equipment and consumables within our Timaru operation.
Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will be a collaborator across all of our teams, liaising with colleagues and suppliers to facilitate timely procurement of stock and assets, enabling our teams to continue delivering quality solutions.

Ideally possessing an electrical industry background, your strong knowledge and attention to detail will appreciate the importance of accurate and timely inventory management, ensuring the stores effectiveness in supporting the workflow of ongoing service and project delivery.

Key Result Areas:
  • Accurate management of inbound and outbound logistics
  • Timely administration of resource planning systems including tagging and cataloguing stock
  • Support business units with procurement on an ad-hoc basis
  • Maintain plant and equipment ready for project deployment
