This is a **permanent position with guaranteed 20 hours per week.**

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service to all customers.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare and present food and beverages, including espresso coffee.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented café and service area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments.
• Confident handling cash and working with point-of-sale systems.
• A friendly, positive team player with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit for a hands-on role.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, hygiene, and quality service.
