Roading & Earthworks Foreman - Civil Construction

We are involved in a variety of disciplines, including Earthworks, Civil, Site Works, Utilities, Three Waters, Rural and other specialist trades.

We require an experienced Civil Roading/Civil Construction Foreman to join our busy team.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualifications:

• Be highly experienced with operating excavators, graders, GPS and other construction machinery – specifically in road construction
• Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role in roading and/or earthworks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Expertise in building roads from zero to top course, ensuring they are pavement-ready
• An ability and desire to train other staff in all areas of civil construction works
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Civil Construction Industry.
• A current STMS qualification would be preferable.
• An eye for detail, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant standards & industry guidelines.
• A strong work ethic with personal responsibility for the safety of your team, the environment, public and yourself.
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence with WTR endorsement and Class 2 preferred.
