Caregiver - Full time
About the Role**
Ryman Healthcare has multiple Full Time Caregiver positions available to join our friendly team at? Malvina Major Retirement Village in Johnsonville Wellington.
You must meet one of these requirements:?- A Level 3 Health and Wellbeing certificate or equivalent and 3 years relevant experience OR?
- A Level 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate or equivalent
Naturally, you will have empathy for the elderly and be dedicated to making our village a wonderful place to live and work. You will work a minimum of 30 hours per week, which may include a weekend day and the wage will be $27.88 - $31.16 per hour depending on experience.?
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**- Performing care and personal needs assistance as detailed in the care plan and under the direction of a Registered Nurse?
- Observing and reporting immediately to the Registered Nurse or senior any change in a resident's status or behaviour?
- Ensuring the safety, privacy, and comfort of residents at all times?
- Demonstrating care for others by understanding their needs and providing help and support?
- Documenting care provided to residents objectively and in a timely manner
