Morrison Agri is a 100% New Zealand-owned and operated company, proudly servicing the dairy industry from North Otago to North Canterbury since 2005. We specialise in milking systems, dairy automation, and on-farm technology.

Due to strong growth in South Canterbury, we’re looking for a Registered NZ Electrician who’s open to learning the trade of Milking Machine Technician.

This is a great opportunity to diversify your skills in a unique and growing industry.

• Electrical servicing, installation, and fault-finding across dairy and industrial environments
• Training to become a Milking Machine Technician (full support provided)
• Working with general plant and mechanical systems (training provided)
• Participating in our on-call roster after training
• Option to train other team members to EST level

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and comfortable working in hands-on farm environments

Bonus if you have: General engineering or mechanical servicing experience

Background in dairy or milking systems

• $34–$40/hour based on experience
• Full-time, permanent position (min 40 hrs/week)
• Company vehicle and phone (after training period)
• Full support and paid training in milking systems
• Strong team culture in a respected local company
