About the role
This full-time, permanent role is mainly focused on general warehouse duties (around 70%) with some responsibility for operating a steel saw (around 30%). If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
- Receive, process, and track incoming stock
- Operate steel saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
- Maintain inventory records, perform stocktakes, and cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organised
- Support daily warehouse operations as part of the team
- Work standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, starting anytime from 7am, finishing by 5pm
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience in warehousing, stock picking, or general warehouse duties
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for stock and job tracking
- Saw operation experience (training provided)
- Forklift licence and experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with gantry cranes (desirable)
