  • Proven leadership experience in retail.
  • Strong background in sales and clienteling within retail
  • Passion for customer engagement and creating standout in-store experiences.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to support team development.
  • Comfortable with admin processes including quote follow-ups and sales tracking.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process - from customer engagement through to invoicing, payment, and coordinating courier deliveries.
  • Drive overall branch performance to meet store sales goals.
  • Lead and support the team to maintain high levels of productivity and motivation.
  • Achieve individual sales targets.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture within the branch.
  • Ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide training and ongoing support on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
