The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the helm of civil-focused projects in the $40-50 million range. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of these projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.You will lead a dedicated project team, manage client relationships, and drive a culture of excellence on site. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership and a proven ability to manage all facets of large-scale civil construction projects.
Ideal Candidate- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a Project Management role within the New Zealand civil construction sector.
- A strong track record of successfully delivering projects in the $40-50 million value range.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- A deep understanding of NZS3910 and a steadfast commitment to health and safety.
- A competitive salary of $140,000 - $150,000 + Vehicle + Benefits, based on your experience and expertise.
