Retail Customer Service Assistant – Home Décor & Interiors
We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and trustworthy Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team in our busy home décor store in Cambridge.
This is a customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with a wide range of products including paint, curtains, blinds, wallpaper, flooring and tiles, helping customers bring their project and ideas to life.
You’ll be assisting everyone from high-end residential clients and interior-focused customers through to tradies, so great communication skills and confidence dealing with people are a must.

Retail or home décor experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything
Experience in paint, curtains, blinds, tiles and flooring would be an advantage but is not essential.
