General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to support business growth.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Manage and mentor staff across various departments.
• Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are met.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive operational improvements and organisational development initiatives.

• Proven experience in a senior management or general manager role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound financial understanding and experience managing budgets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the [insert industry, e.g., hospitality, transport, retail] is an advantage.

• A bachelor's degree or Masters qualification in business, management, or a related field is mandatory along with 3- 5 years of relevant experience .
