• Operate and assist alongside certified Drainlayers.
• Get in the trenches, shovel and spot for excavators.
• Support crews with general drainage works.
• Help assemble drainage pipes.
• Abide by site H&S requirements and regulations.

• Previous civil experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to be reliable and punctual.
• High level of professionalism and self-presentation
• Ability to think critically and be adept at problem solving.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
