There is a strong focus on service co-ordination, clinical performance and service quality, creating a positive service environment, and the deliver of whanau-centred, culturally appropriate, integrated, quality service provision.There is also a responsibility for human resource management, including staff recruitment, induction, training, performance management and supervision; and on financial management to ensure the cost-effective and sustainable use of resources.About the Service/LocationOur adult community mental health and addictions team provides assessment and diagnosis, treatment, advice and referral to those affected by mental health and alcohol and other drug problems.For more information on living and working in Northland click hereAbout youYou will:Be a registered health professional with a current practicing certificateHave previous leadership experience in a nursing or allied health settingHave a minimum of 7 years' post-registration experience working in a clinical settingActively model and enhance teamwork and a positive team culture so that service delivery across Mental Health and Addictions Services is integrated, whanau-centre, high quality and sustainable.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
