About the RoleResponsibilities include consenting and preparing patients for procedures, administering contrast for CT scans, working alongside radiographers and radiologists doing interventional procedures which include biopsies, drainages, aspirations, and portacath insertions.
This role also allows upskilling to ultrasound vascular access skills. We currently have five nurses within the department and work amongst a variety of modalities including ultrasound, CT, MRI and Fluoroscopy.
