Receptionist / Administrator
Administrator – Sefton Electrical & Security
We’re looking for a reliable, organised Administrator to join our busy team in Rotorua.
This is a forward-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, and help organise field staff. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly and support day-to-day operations.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key responsibilities:
Greeting walk-in customers and answering incoming calls
Entering timesheets and supplier invoices
Creating job cards and scheduling work
General administrative support to the management team
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
You’ll bring:
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Clear, fluent English (spoken and written)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using computers and office software
A positive, team-focused attitude
