About Us
We import and distribute hand tools, equipment, and parts throughout New Zealand to industrial supply channels (electrical, HVAC, plumbing). We're a small, growing team and we need someone who can help us deliver for our customers while keeping things running smoothly.

The Role in a Nutshell
This is 60% warehouse/order fulfilment and 40% customer service and sales support. You'll be based at our West Auckland location handling the warehouse side of things, but the sales and customer engagement work can be done remotely around your other commitments – perfect for fitting around school hours or other responsibilities.
Ideal for someone who knows the difference between a flange and a hose clip (or isn't afraid to learn), has solid sales experience, and wants flexibility without losing their edge.
What You'll Be DoingOrder Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations (60%)
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Enter orders into our online system (training provided)
- Manage stock levels and keep inventory records accurate
- Receive stock deliveries, unpack, and replenish shelves
- Track courier deliveries and sort out any issues
- Keep the warehouse tidy and organized
- Pack kits and label stock as needed
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for reorders and follow-ups
- Respond to customer queries and turn them into sales
- Provide quotes and support the sales process
- Do some cold outreach and relationship building
- Be the friendly voice of our business
What We're Looking For
Someone with sales hustle – You've got proven sales or customer service experience (bonus points if you can show us actual results you've achieved). You know how to work the phones, build rapport, and follow up without being annoying.
Organized and reliable – You can juggle warehouse tasks and customer follow-ups without dropping the ball. You're on time, you follow through, and you keep things running smoothly.
Industrial/technical goods background is a plus – If you've worked for a technical or industrial supply company and understand the products (or you're a quick learner who isn't intimidated by technical terms), you'll fit right in.
A problem-solver and improver – You've done this type of work before and can help us get better. We're a small team looking to change, improve, and grow – and we want someone who can spot better ways of doing things and isn't shy about suggesting them.
Tech-comfortable – You can handle CRM systems, inventory software, and adapt to new tools quickly.
Physically capable – Comfortable with manual lifting and warehouse work.
Full NZ driver's licence with clean record required – You'll need reliable transport to get to our West Auckland location.

What We Offer- $30-35 per hour depending on your skills and experience

How It Works
You'll need to be available for the warehouse/order fulfilment side at our West Auckland location, but we can work with you on timing (generally between 10:30am-3:30pm). The customer engagement and sales calls can happen remotely when it suits you – whether that's early morning, school hours, or after pick-up.
Initial commitment: 10-12 hours per week with potential to expand.
