SALARY PACKAGES NEGOTIABLE FROM A$80,000 to A$150,000 depending on position title.(plus employer paid super to your nominated fund and other items ie free house etc).

Broadacre Cropping Farm Permanent Positions 5000ha. to 25,000ha.Wheat, Barley, Oats, Canola, Lupins, Peas.
Desirable Skills for Broadacre Cropping Positions:- Machinery experience
- GPS Auto Steer/Computer skills
- Air Seeding experience.
- Harvesting
- Maintenance and mechanical ability.
- Welding ability
- General Farmhand skills.
- Truck Licence
If your farming experience is limited to small scale experience on small Tractors and Ag. Machinery or Horticultural/Vegetable production please do not apply unless you are an experienced large scale vegetable Boom Spray Operator. If your farming experience is limited to a short 3/4 day course on Tractor/Airseeding/Header operating please do not apply our Clients require experienced Farm Staff with reasonable experience on Tractors/Farm Machinery and general Farmhand maintenance work etc.

TOP DRESSING/FERTILISER SPREADING/MECHANICAL ROCK PICKINGBOOMSPRAYING - mainly self-propelled
FERTILISER SPREADING - TRACTOR/TRUCK
A$35hr. - A$45hr. depending on skill level, higher rate applies for skilled Boom spray Operators and Broadacre EXPERIENCED AG. MACHINE OPERATIONS - GPS Auto Steer.Accommodation supplied free. Meals mostly supplied free.

WA Crop Farmers (normally) will totally dry seed they do not wait for rain you do not suffer down time.WA Sandy soils allow Seeding in the rain, we do not get held up unlike other States with rain and heavy soil conditions you do not suffer downtime.
WA has a more reliable winter rainfall pattern and does not suffer the severe adverse weather events to the same extent as other States.
The average WA Crop Farmer has a larger area in Crop and have their own modern large scale equipment. approx. 50% plus of Australian Grain is grown in WA.
WA Farmers pay on average higher rates of pay A$35 -A$50 depending on skills with accommodation provided free, and meals in most cases provided free.
Forget the extra travel expense we note that our Staff placed in WA are thousands of $$ ahead of Staff we place in other States.
