As the Occupational Therapist working within our ICU at Tauranga Hospital, you will support a broad range of patients, including those recovering from traumatic brain injury, stroke, frailty, and other acute medical conditions.Working across a Monday to Sunday roster (weekend cover will be considered), you will be based in a high-acuity environment and supported by the Occupational Therapy Team Lead.
You will also collaborate with Allied Health clinical leads, senior medical and nursing staff to deliver timely, patient-focused care that enhances outcomes and supports safe transitioning planning.About the Team/Service/LocationOur amazing Allied Health rehabilitation service is known for its collaborative, coaching-based approach and genuine commitment to equity and manaakitanga.

You will enjoy working as part of an interdisciplinary team and take pride in contributing to new service development and innovation to in care delivery.
