Position Overview
  • Seeking a skilled Civil Contracts Manager to start in the new year
  • Role involves ownership of projects from tender through to completion
  • Hands-on position supporting site operations and project delivery
  • Blend of contract management and project engineering responsibilities
  • Work closely with Management, Engineers, and Foremen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts, variations, and all project documentation
  • Support project setup, programming, and progress tracking
  • Provide technical input, quality assurance, and compliance oversight
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and councils
  • Mentor engineers and support site teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure safety and quality systems are consistently followed across all sites
