About the Role | Mo te tunga
We’re looking for experienced Fabricators to join our team. Whether you've completed a Level 4 Certificate in Engineering Fabrication or have been working in the industry for several years, we'd like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
Fabrication of stainless-steel vessels, pipe runs, ducting and transitions
Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and specificationsConducting TIG welding with light gauge materials, including sanitary welds with back purge
About You | Mo te tangata
You’re a motivated, solutions-focused team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. You bring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
To be successful, you’ll have: At least three years' experience in light gauge stainless-steel fabrication, ideally working to food-grade standards
Have worked with 304 and 316 stainless steel
A Level 4 NZ Certificate in Engineering Fabrication (Trade) with strands in Light Fabrication, an equivalent qualification, or you are a journeyman
Obtained NZS 4703, NZS 4711 or ASME IX tickets
A proactive, positive attitude to health and safety
The right to live and work in New Zealand
