This role is based in our Lambton Quay office in Wellington.Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the roleLegal work for Manatū Taonga is hugely varied and interesting, and includes public and administrative law, privacy and official information, contract and commercial law, policy development and law reform, intellectual property law, competition law, resource management law, litigation, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi/Treaty of Waitangi related issues.
As well as strong internal relationships we work closely with our Crown entities and other funded agencies.This is an opportunity to be part of our small and friendly Te Pae Tāuhu- Legal team, with a particular focus on supporting the development and implementation of government policy and legislation relevant to the arts, culture, sports and heritage sectors.
