Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a winning team with an outstanding reputation for quality results in the Bay of Plenty, delivering a range of key infrastructure projects to public and private clients.
The Role
You will be taking the lead on major projects, responsible for the full project lifecycle from planning and commercial management through to successful delivery. You will direct a high-performing site team, providing your technical knowledge and leadership to ensure the physical and financial performance of the works, while cultivating a productive and safe working environment.

The Ideal Candidate- 7+ years of experience within the NZ Civil contracting sector.
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience successfully delivering large-scale civil projects.
- Strong understanding of NZS3910 and construction standards.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
- $150,000 - $180,000 + Vehicle + Medical + benefits .
