Qualified Builders - Queenstown

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Qualified Builder to join our team on high-end residential projects. This role involves working on architecturally designed homes and luxury builds, where precision, craftsmanship, and professionalism are essential.

• Carry out all aspects of building work including framing, formwork, cladding, finishing, and fit-off.
• Read and interpret architectural plans to deliver work to a high standard.
• Ensure all work meets strict quality expectations suited to high-end residential construction.
• Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and apprentices to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
• Problem-solve and adapt to on-site challenges while upholding project specifications.

• Trade Qualified Carpenter (NZ or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential construction (high-end/architectural builds preferred).
• Strong finishing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Own tools and reliable transport.
