Our Whangarei branch plays a key role in delivering high-quality hire equipment and accredited training to clients in Northland and beyond. We're looking for a driven and versatile Branch Manager to lead our Whangarei operations. This role blends business development, customer service, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the branch thrives and delivers exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong client relationships and respond to enquiries with tailored solutions.
  • Recommend suitable equipment and training options based on customer needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Service & Transport teams to optimise fleet usage.
  • Align training schedules with customer demand to maximise attendance.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns & promotional materials
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify trends and sales opportunities.
  • Oversee daily admin, workshop, and office functions.
  • Ensure invoicing and machine status updates are current.
  • Uphold MAC's values: productivity, client focus, staff care, fairness, and kindness.
