**What You’ll Do:**

As a?**Support Worker**, you’ll help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. Tasks may include:

  • Meal preparation
  • Community outings and integration
  • Medication support
  • Personal care (showering, toileting, etc.)
  • Bowel cares,Manual handling, and hoist transfers
  • Home management tasks
**What We’re Looking For:**
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
  • Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends
  • Healthcare qualifications (advantageous)
  • Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport (most roles)
