From a tactical perspective, you collaborate with your lead engineers and team to articulate maintenance and improvement initiatives, ensuring our platforms are maintained and operating within our service level objectives. You and your team are well-positioned to demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and deliver both strategic initiatives and continuous improvements.
