Site Foreman – Experienced Carpenter - Dargaville

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Foreman who can balance being on the tools with leading a small team and managing site operations from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects from groundworks through to completion
• Supervise and mentor a small team of carpenters and apprentices
• Use project management apps and systems to control costs and scheduling
• Provide daily updates, site notes, and photos to management - communication is key to keeping total visibility across the site
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers professionally
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and site safety
• Take ownership and deliver projects with accountability and pride

What we’re looking for:

• Trade-qualified carpenter (LBP desirable)
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in residential construction
• Site Foreman or Leading Hand experience
• Sharp, methodical, and solutions-focused
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
• Comfortable with apps, systems, and cost control
• Proactive communicator — you keep management fully updated daily
