We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista to lead our HQ team, set the standard for service and presentation, and make sure every day runs smoothly (and deliciously).
About the role
As Store Manager at Dough HQ, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the store. You’ll work closely with our production kitchen and support office to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help out in the office when required.
This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food environment and genuinely loves people, food, and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer experience, every single day
Roster planning, time & attendance management, and cost control
Drive sales performance and meet agreed KPIs
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and product presentation
Manage stock levels, ordering, wastage and food safety compliance
Recruit, onboard and train support team members
Create a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture
Act as a key link between the store, production kitchen and head office
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a barista
Background in hospitality, food retail or quick-service environments - someone that's 'in it' for the long run.
Confident people leader
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Passion for food, presentation and customer experience
Availability to work from 6am and Saturdays, as required
