What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in soft landscapingClean manual driver’s license
Strong soft landscaping skills (planting, irrigation, mulching, turfing)
Detail-oriented with landscape plans
Fit, hardworking, and able to lead a team
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Machinery experience (Bonus)
