Key Requirements: At least 2 years of experience. Or A Level 4 or above qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cleaning business across multiple client sites.
- Manage cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and supervise cleaners to ensure service standards are met.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health & safety compliance
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets, job completions, and client feedbacks.
- Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies and PPE as needed.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Conduct quality checks and site audits to ensure compliance with contract standards.
- Ensure all operations align with health and safety regulations and workplace policies.
