This is a full-time role with an immediate start available, however, we will happily work within notice periods for the right candidate.
About the role
Gill Landscapes is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Business Manager, this permanent full-time role will include the following admin support and reception tasks. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Handle front desk enquiries and answer/direct phone queries
- Play a key role in supporting the Office Team and Landscapers
- Enter supplier and sub-contractor invoices into our CRM system
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Administrative support with Health & Safety
- Co-ordination of the Company vehicle fleet
- Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position
- Proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of data entry
- Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
