As a Farro Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in our Warehouse Department. You will ensure smooth warehouse operations, and lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Your work will support our promises to our employees, customers, producers, and communities – all while making each visit to Farro a joyful one.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire customers with your food knowledge
• Support merchandising and product displays that drive engagement and sales
• Lead by example in upholding food safety, health & safety, and store standards
• Support in-store tastings and community initiatives
• Contribute to commercial success by reducing waste and maintaining stock accuracy

• A genuine passion for great food and customer experiences
• Calm, confident, and collaborative approach – even under pressure
• Experience in retail/hospitality
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, retail operations, and stock handling processes
• A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to Farro’s values
• Previous Warehouse and Inwards experience would be favorable.
