Graduate/Junior Engineer or Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated Graduate or Junior Engineer or Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hawera. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is keen to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills within a supportive environment.
About the Role:You will work closely with experienced professionals across a range of projects, assisting with technical, commercial, and on-site tasks. The role offers strong learning opportunities and a clear pathway for career progression. You must be New Zealand trained and a New Zealand Resident.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with project planning, estimating, and cost control
- Supporting site operations and project delivery
- Preparing documentation, reports, and measurements
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Learning and applying industry standards and best practices
- Recently graduated or junior Engineer or Quantity Surveyor
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full NZ driver’s licence (preferred)
