Graduate/Junior Engineer or Quantity Surveyor

Croucher & Crowder is a well-established engineering company known for delivering high-quality projects across the Lower North Island.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate or Junior Engineer or Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hawera. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is keen to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills within a supportive environment.

You will work closely with experienced professionals across a range of projects, assisting with technical, commercial, and on-site tasks. The role offers strong learning opportunities and a clear pathway for career progression. You must be New Zealand trained and a New Zealand Resident.

• Assisting with project planning, estimating, and cost control
• Supporting site operations and project delivery
• Preparing documentation, reports, and measurements
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Learning and applying industry standards and best practices

• Recently graduated or junior Engineer or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Full NZ driver’s licence (preferred)
