Location: Wiri and travelling to various Job Sites in Auckland

We’re seeking a practical, physically fit, and hands-on Surface Protection Installer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a mix of technical, logistical, and customer-facing duties. You’ll be responsible for protecting surfaces during construction or renovation projects, ensuring a high standard of care and precision across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a range of surface protection materials on all surfaces required
• Transport stock from the warehouse to job sites
• Measure sites and prepare accurate pricing estimates
• Conduct health and safety meetings with site teams
• Supervise and support staff as needed
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and maintain customer relationships
• Complete thorough site handovers upon project completion

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit, with stamina for constant movement, comfortable with bending, stretching, and hands-on work (work is not heavy or dirty)
• Must have a valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer needs
