Service Administrator - Queenstown
Permanent part time - 20 hours per week

Our team provide HVAC Mechanical, Boiler, Gas, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical and Carpentry services to a variety of major clients that range from the education and government sector to commercial buildings and state of the art facilities across the region.
Aquaheat Facility Services Limited, based in Queenstown, is recruiting for a permanent part time Service Administrator/Coordinator.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities for the role include:
- Coordinate customer service calls/ requests, planned preventative maintenance programs and quoted works
- Be a central point for receiving and responding to telephone calls, email requests and correspondence related to the provision of services
- Carry out invoicing of all maintenance routines, reactive calls and quoted works, and provide assistance with accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchase orders.
- Provide administration support in the utilisation of our ERP systems
- Perform general administration functions
- Working under high pressure and dealing with conflicting priorities.

To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar service operation environment
- Prior experience within a trade service or facilities management environment of service technicians in the field
- Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge is required with experience in Pronto being an advantage
- Strong administration and accurate data entry experience
- Customer service skills with effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Planning ability and the ability to effectively prioritise workload
