• Managing the listing and leasing of properties and businesses, including conducting site inspections, preparing advertisements, and advising potential tenants on lease terms.
• Advising property owners on effective marketing strategies such as open home inspections, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Identifying client requirements and matching them with suitable rental properties or business opportunities.
• Providing guidance on leasing arrangements and assisting in the structuring of lease agreements and settlement terms.
• Managing rental income on behalf of property owners, including collecting rent payments and disbursing funds in accordance with agreed terms.
• Monitoring tenancy compliance, addressing breaches of lease conditions, and managing rent arrears.
• Overseeing daily operational activities such as reservations, reception, room service, and housekeeping.
• Supervising property maintenance, security measures, and upkeep of gardens and outdoor areas.
• Evaluating customer satisfaction and implementing service improvements.
• Managing financial operations including budgeting, purchasing, and accounting, and assisting with finance arrangements, conveyancing, or facility maintenance when required.
• Developing and enforcing business plans, operational policies, and internal procedures to ensure efficient agency performance.
• Carrying out other reasonable duties as requested by the employer.

• Location: Rotorua
• Job type: Full-time
• Pay rate: from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
• Days required: Monday to Sunday, Roaster may apply
• Hours per week: At least 35

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or a NZQF level 4 qualification in a relevant field from New Zealand, or an equivalent overseas qualification.
