We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused professional to be join the backbone of our busy soon to be nation-wide Panel Repair Company!

We're looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our head office in Hamilton for our 4 northland branches. While this role is a reception role you will not be customer facing, your key focus will be customer contact and providing internal support to the wider team.

Role hours are Monday - Friday 9am-3pm with candidate being flexible to cover full day hours (7:30am-4:30pm) where needed.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing internal communications, and supporting our current admin staff across all branches. You’ll be a valued part of the team helping ensure that our day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Your Duties
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a clear, courteous, and professional manner
  • Managing and booking customer assessments and sending notifications
  • Supporting internal teams with administrative follow-ups such as text messaging or phone updates.
  • General office admin including document scanning, filing and invoice entry.
  • Assisting the Office Administrator and Branch Managers as required.
  • Any other duties that help support the smooth running of the office.
What You Bring
  • Has previous experience in a busy service or reception role (automotive experience a BIG plus!)
  • Is a natural multi-tasker and thrives under pressure
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in person and over the phone
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable using workshop software and other office software
  • Has a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
