The Role:

We are looking for Permanent Part-time or Casual Front of House. This role would be ideal if you have a friendly and positive attitude and enjoy providing our guests with a level of service and product quality that they themselves would expect to receive.

A day in the life:

• Create a warm and welcoming environment so our guests feel happy and comfortable
• Work with Management to ensure a smooth-running service
• Be familiar with all products and services, make recommendations
• Handle queries, reservations, and any complaints
• Follow cash handling and banking procedures
• Adhere to liquor license requirements
• Create a positive and motivated team culture

The ideal person will have:

• A friendly and positive attitude
• Some experience in the industry (preferred), as well as a willingness to learn and implement our way of doing things
• Willingness to learn new skills and work across different brands
• Flexibility in roster requirements
• The ability to work well as part of a team, and be efficient while working individually
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry
